Cancellations or rescheduled sessions made at least 24 hours before your booking are completely free of charge.
However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. This policy helps ensure fairness and allows me to offer available slots to other clients.

Due to the personalised and committed nature of the 12-week programme, once the programme has started, it is non-refundable. This ensures that every client receives the full, structured support designed for their goals.
Sessions can be rescheduled at any time within the 12-week period to suit your schedule, but any sessions not used or rescheduled after the 12 weeks have ended cannot be carried forward. This policy allows flexibility while ensuring consistency and commitment throughout the programme.
