Through her online training program, she gave me multiple session plans I could do with my equipment at home, as well as a long list of different meals that I could eat. I am the sort of person who likes everything written down, and her plans were easy to read. She also met with me online regularly to run me through any questions I had, to check my form, and to keep track of my progress.
