We’ll start with an initial assessment and goal-setting session to map out your journey, followed by a bespoke online workout plan created just for you. You’ll also receive personalised nutrition advice to support your training and fuel your progress. Throughout the 12 weeks, you’ll stay on track with weekly check-ins, plus bi-weekly video feedback / live calls to keep you motivated and accountable. Together, we’ll track your progress, celebrating every win along the way.
